Episerver PIM enables users to create and curate product data and manage digital assets which are served directly into Episerver B2B Commerce Cloud by Insite.

Workflows

Easily assign users to the products they manage and use editor approval roles to establish an approval workflow. Plus workflows allow you to create workspaces to group product records that need attention and assign them to others when updated. 

Data Import

Efficiently import spreadsheets with product information and save the data mapping logic for future use. Configure data import logic to merge, cleanse, assign defaults and more. Validate data based on configured data rules and enable users to edit data within Episerver PIM without reimporting. 

Data Governance

Create and configure product properties and category trees and define data types and templates. Enforce required product information and manage parent/child product relationships for merchandising. 

Product Data Management

Acquire, validate and manage product information while quickly identifying product records that are missing required or recommended data. Easily update multiple products at once through a grid-like interface, bulk update tools or multi-edit flow. Save filters to reuse to locate and update new products. 

Asset Management

Import and manage multiple digital asset types including images, documents and videos and manage their metadata. No need to size or format your assets for your ecommerce site. Episerver PIM automatically reformats your assets for prime-time on Episerver B2B Commerce Cloud.
